Yoga was crafted by hyper-mobile men.  As Nicole likes to say, "we right our own rules" when it comes to pre & postnatal yoga!  This class will target all of the common aches of pregnancy and the postpartum period, with lots of anatomical insights to prepare for birth as well as recovering after birth.
